Personal Training
At Synergy Health & Fitness, our Personal Training starts with you, the person.
Each program begins with an extensive health assessment including an examination
of health history, and activities of daily living. In addition, biometric and functional
movement screens are performed in order to evaluate health risk factors, joint range
of motion, and overall fitness level. Based on this assessment and your own individual
goals, an individualized, specific program is designed. Once your program is established,
you will meet with your certified trainer who will ensure your success by providing
guidance, education and motivation!

Group Exercise
Group exercise classes can be taken alone, or as a supplement to your
Personal Training program.
FighterFit
Our fun, challenging kickboxing class that combines elements of kickboxing with conditioning elements and the application of these techniques for self-defense. You'll burn tons of calories and get in great shape all the while learning pratical skills!
Core Circuit
Circuit Training is one of the most effective ways to burn calories, improve cardio & increase strength - all at the same time! Our Core Circuit combines intervals of innovative strength exercises with heart-pumping cardio drills for an awesome total body workout!
