At Synergy Health & Fitness, our Personal Training starts with you, the person.
Each program begins with an extensive health assessment including an examination
of health history, and health screens are performed in order to evaluate health risk
factors and overall fitness level. Based on this assessment and your own individual
goals, an individualized, specific program is designed. Once your program is established,
you will meet with your certified trainer who will ensure your success by providing
guidance, education, and motivation!

Semi-Private Personal Training (3-4) Only $29 per person!
This allows you the opportunity to share the cost with others. Research
shows that 80-90% of individuals who exercise prefer to work in groups.
Take advantage of this amazing opportunity and start working toward
your goals today. 

 
Large Group Personal Training (5+)
Large group training will allow you the experience and benefit of working
with one of our expert coaches at a discounted rate. Training times for the
large group sessions are scheduled in advance.
