Lifestyle coaching sessions seek to incorporate all the elements of wellness including exercise, nutrition/supplementation and stress-reduction. This programming also focuses on the improvement and interconnection of body, mind and spirit. The program not only involves instruction-based techniques but also includes an educational component to provide participants with the knowledge to make informed decisions concerning their overall health and to improve and/or help prevent disorders/conditions. Synergy Health & Fitness offers East Coast Yoga with instructor Kristin Quinn. Kristin's instruction and classes take a modern approach to yoga, focusing on the documented health benefits of yoga such as a reduction in stress, decrease in high blood pressure, improved joint range of motion and enhanced flexibility. Both breathwork and poses are emphasized and regular weekly practice is encouraged and supported.
