"Thanks to your help and the program we've been working on, I feel as though my fitness level has improved and my chronic neck pain is gone. I can work in the garden pain-free and check my sideview mirrors while driving - something that I actually couldn't do a few months ago."

Meet our new yoga instructor Denise Anthony!
Denise Anthony’s commitment to health and fitness began in the early 80’s as a fitness instructor and manager for Spa Lady. She has a very diverse background in health & fitness. She is also currently a Licensed Massage Therapist with a private practice. Wearing many hats in her life was the driving force behind her yoga practice. For many years, yoga was second to running, aerobics and weightlifting, but today she has a passion for the practice, and she believes her own practice is the ultimate path in connecting her body, mind and spirit. Her goal is help others connect to their body, mind and spirit. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Certification and is currently in the 500 Hour program.
NEW CLASSES BEGIN AT THE START OF EACH MONTH!
